Dear Agency Coordinator, Agency Security Administrator (ASA) and Employee Data Administrator (EDA):

The SFS Program has developed additional queries for Agency Security Administrators (ASAs) and Employee Data Administrators (EDAs) to identify users in their agency that have the ability to add, update, or perform other actions on Requisitions or Purchase Orders in the system.

These queries are accessible to Agency Administrators in the AGY ADMINS folder in the system and can be executed using several different types of parameters.

Below is a full list of the queries within this folder and an explanation for each:

  • NY_REQ_PROXY_ALL_BU: This query will return ALL Requisition Proxies and the users they are authorized to transact for.
  • NY_REQ_PROXY_ALL_BY_BU_DEPT: This query will return ALL Requisition Proxies and the users they are authorized to transact for, by Business Unit and Department assigned to the Proxy by the EDA.
  • NY_REQ_PROXY_ALL_BY_PPL: This query will return ALL Requisition Proxies and the users they are authorized to transact for, filtered by Primary Permission List (PPL).
  • NY_REQ_PROXY_BY_PROXY: This query will return what requestors a given Proxy can add transactions for.
  • NY_REQ_PROXY_BY_REQUESTOR: This query will return what users can serve as Proxy for a given Requestor.
  • NY_PO_PROXY_ALL_BY_BU: Returns a list of Buyer Proxies where the proxy by BU. The BU is generated by looking at the employee data for the proxy.
  • NY_PO_PROXY_ALL_BY_DEPT: Returns a list of Buyer Proxies and their buyers by BU/Department. The BU and Department is generated by looking at the employee data for the Proxy.
  • NY_PO_PROXY_ALL_BY_PPL: Returns a list of Buyers that a Proxy can act on behalf of for a specified Primary Permission List.
  • NY_PO_PROXY_BY_BUYER: Returns a list of Buyers that can act on behalf of a specified Buyer.
  • NY_PO_PROXY_BY_PROXY: Returns a list of Buyers that a Proxy can act on behalf of.
