Following is the content of a Citibank bulletin that applies to Future Phase Agencies currently receiving daily credit card transactions directly into their systems (not SFS).
The CitiSFT Secure FTP Server will be migrated to a new data center on Saturday, August 4, 2012. This migration will require the addition of a new IP address and impacts your firm if you have IP Address restrictions typically managed with firewall policies. You will need to make modifications to accommodate the IP Address change.
Please contact your Citibank rep for the new IP address and to work through the migration process.
What impact will the CitiSFT Migration have on my business?
• If you fail to add the IP Address in advance, you may risk connectivity issues and transmission failures due to not having access to the new External Network Edge.
