User Groups for System Effectiveness

Statewide Financial System (SFS) User Groups provide agencies with regular opportunities to discuss the SFS, its operation and structure, and associated agency business processes. The goal of the User Groups is to provide forums for:

• Sharing agency best practices
• Raising transaction processing issues related to their assigned topic area that are of mutual concern
• Reviewing and recommending SFS system, rule, and policy revisions and enhancements that will maximize SFS effectiveness and efficiency
